I heard that another batch of offices will force RTO early next year. TX, WI, UT, LA, MD,...
What I've gotten from my HR friends is that all new MN positions will be required in office, I guessing DC is included in that too. RTO will be coming to more locations domestically as well. If you live in a metro area and there is/was an office there, your WFH days are numbered.
I have a colleague in Minneapolis who has not been mandated to RTO 🤷♀️
All departments of MN and DC if you were within 30 minutes commute.
