This site has really become heavy handed with the deletion of non-offensive posts and comments. What are they trying to cover up? Free speech really is on its way out.
I fully expect this post to be quickly deleted even though it doesn't violate any of the content rules.
given it’s an anon site with a tons of boards - one for every major company on which anyone can browse or post without even signing in, I’d say it’s pretty chill on the moderation side.
when you’re discussing someone, focus on their business actions, not their personal traits, and that’s it - they have a few rules listed in the footer, mostly regarding derogatory speech, but they usually let people curse and vent as long as it’s in a reason.
also, no personal names or identifiers, unless you’re mentioning public figures (c-suites, comms.)
racism and political rants are no-go.

There are plenty of other places where you can discuss politics, you can't do that here cause this forum is dedicated to chatter about work and layoffs. Meaning all political rants get deleted (liberal, conservative, mods don't care, they'll nix it).

On a private owned-public forum the owner can censor you anytime they feel based on what you wrote / say, they're site they're rules. The Oxymoron of Free Speech on forums.
Free speech is not an issue on a privately-owned site. If you suspect increased censorship, then perhaps think about what you are posting and how appropriate it is given the society in which you operate. If offensive, then you should censor yourself or await consequences to be provided by society. If supportive of the current environment, your speech will stand tall and be counted by the rest of society. This is a fair treatment. If you object, you can choose to leave and live elsewhere.
Just know that if your thoughts are not aligned, you will be outcast.

Anyone d-mb enough to be browsing or posting to this site with an company laptop running windows is gray matter challenged anyway. Just like the guy in the old Staples adds with the EASY Button. A whole generation of people who just want to push a button to do anything and everything.
This site just exists to match your IP address with what you use to VPN at work.
If they delete your comment it means they don't need it anymore because they already sold your info to your employer.
