What is the call on the NPS score, the profit number (-$27M), and the net outflow number for the year ? Why have more plans left this year compared with last year ? I thought The C-Suite and Mo--narrity stopped the bleeding last year. What gives...

@q6 the firm continues to bleed clients due to quality control, outright lack of control, poorly designed process which r not thoroughly backtested & vetted, and cutting corners. Some areas dont do much (investments, 50% of IT, finance, facilities, Hr and executive sales). Company needs to be sold or merged.
How did the meeting go ? Any big news ?
