Anyone laid off in Florida since Sept received their separation agreement? If previously laid off in Florida, when did you receive the agreement?

Received few days after end of non-working period since HR rep was off and had to release them. Returned within a few days and after one week revocation period, I had $$ in about 2 weeks.
@3c3 Have you received the Separation Agreement yet? It has been nearly 60 days since the non-working period ened for me and I have not received anything.
@3c3 It is will past the 60 day notice period and nada from Citi. Class Action anyone
I was laid-off in Sept.
No separation agreement here, and I’m past my non-working period.
The email from HR stated:
…as soon as administratively possible…after the start of your non-working notice but prior to your employment end date.
Citi said we’d have the agreements before our last day, but didn’t follow through.
Maybe they’re going to try to stiff all of us?
Time for a lawyer? Has anyone else hired one yet?
Fairly certain those do not get paid out until after the non-working period (60 days). Also, if you have not signed anything yet then you have not even started the process.
