@bt performance management has consisted of asking lower level managers to decimate their ranks as a survival of the paranoid exercise.
Technically HR is saying 5 to 10 percent, but going to be fun given most groups have been doing no performance management the last 18 months. Get your labor lawyer on speed dial!
