We engineers were told we are important cogs in a well tuned engine. Only one problem, a well tuned engine require oil of high integrity to keep it running smoothly. Our management (oil) lacks integrity and will burn the engine and cogs out, let alone help it run smoother.

Teradata leadership had clear objectives, retooled its engineering staff in the past and accomplished great feats in the past. Current in charge have no clue on current or future product, replaced the entire staff through trickle layoffs thinking instant result, and failing miserably to deliver anything while showing their incompetency, lack of integrity, and heartlessness.
