Observe the shift—it's no longer about equality......NOW is it equity. Essentially, they envision an AI designed to suppress certain ideas, businesses, or people while elevating others......
SAS AI leadership calling to ‘avoid bias’ often disguises a new form of bias itself — an Orwellian inversion of meaning.
It is quite a reasonable feature to offer. But like synthetic data, it is not a differentiator. SAS is not the only company doing these things.
It sounds like some DEI mumble jumble that will eventually backfire.
It means it provides all of the answers I want to hear and none of those that I don’t.
