Fidelity is a joke of a company. There’s so much change all the time to cover for the fact that no one knows anything

Yes, new titles and lots of re-org. 11/18 more announcements to people managers. December to associates. No more agile org structure. Sounds like it’s coming swiftly over the next few weeks.

Yup it’s fidelitys new and exciting way to get associates dynamically connected and ready to synergize with each other. Everyone has the privilege to be forced to have pronouns in their who’s who and zoom name. Everyone must come into the office everyday for at least 8 hours a day. Everyone must have at least 2 30 minute conversations around the water cooler. Everyone must answer the question “how’s it going?” With “oh you know…living the dream” or “another day in paradise, hehehehehehehe”

Failure to comply with the new standards, associates will receive a $0 bonus and/or be laid off on a random Tuesday.
