20 years in. Would leave in a heartbeat if there were better options for retirement but too close to leave. CL29, too close to 55 to leave early and stay in Outstanding. Rank system is trash, makes the culture toxic and we’re corporately no longer care about competence. I’m a millionaire and my bag of gold is too heavy but it su-ks to see something you gave heart to die slowly and on purpose.

Nope
Haven't been happy since they took away my Amex points and my Savings Plan matching. OBTW - I'm still waiting for the payback.
@a1 We need to be looking out for eachother
happyyy...btc expand everyday..btc rocks
Nobody is happy working for somebody else. Anyone who says otherwise is lying or has mental health problems.
A corporate cannot provide happiness. You are in the wrong place.
Happiest place on earth with 300k per year with minimal work and with a hefty pension for just being pretending to be busy and making 5-10 PowerPoint slides a day.
Nope. Most dysfunctional, toxic cesspool I've ever encountered
pyscholgical gladiators!
@ay good one buddy
everyone is always playing a game in their mind its so crazy. the fake smiles and the random outbursts of managers. such a toxic workplace.
It seems that every decision made in past 5 years by EM Executives has been decided in such a way to that makes HC10 employees less happy/more miserable.
Some decisions actually seem to take more effort / cost just to increase the unhappiness.
Well, I am working for a company that keeps saying ‘tensions points’ are okay, while also continuing to cut headcount….and hasn’t really re-solidified the ethical identity we’ve had for the past 30 years. So there are a percentage of the workforce that have taken this message as a condoned Hunger Games….and, frankly, I don’t get paid enough to figure out if a required work interaction is with a helpful coworker or a psychological gladiator.
Are fing kidding me. The only ones happy at exxon are the protected favorite s and kiss a-s ss. The supervisors and managers that hand out the pips seem pretty happy. Darwood and the rest of his VP minions look happy. The new hires look happy for now.
@a1 not exactly on topic but brilliantly said and total truth
I am right in the middle - there are many things I dislike (shout out to you KM and RB) and many things I like (shout out to my paycheck and SJ)
No. Pass the bottle
He-l no. Just waiting till 55 to leave
The meek shall inherit exxon and they can have it. I am not happy and just dealing with it.
Every year, thousands of companies cut deals with insurers to reduce benefits.
Workers lose coverage.
Families lose security.
Millions of Americans live in fear of medical bills.
One illness can ruin a life.
They already pay taxes close to those in countries with universal healthcare.
Yet they get none of the protection.
No safety net.
No real peace of mind.
Healthcare and education should help a nation grow.
Instead, both are turned into profit machines.
Americans pay the most and get the least.
They keep fighting themselves to keep it that way.
