At least we don’t have to suffer the ego of ER this year
Its where leadership, takes the stage for auditions to be promoted. It also is where you make connections and then you train your colleagues on all the great things you know..... basically as leadership, we need you to believe in the message ,,,,, we are one big family... please do our work for us and train your colleagues.... please?
Bigger question is why do they even hold one? Oh right. Collaboration.
Where is the ES this year? That really is a lot to bring people in for two days
What’s with the ES being a day shorter? What’s the point? You have people flying in from all over the globe for 48 hours?! What an absolute waste of money—you have people in the company who cannot afford basic necessities. Do the right thing, make it virtual, and pay your employees more.
