Remember the pitch when you joined? Work hard, bring value, exploit those opportunities to improve and eventually folks will promote you...and likely lay you off as a target is on your back as you are now more expensive (just read some testimonials to check this out).
If there is one thing we learned from this is this: You come first, your health comes before those extended hours that you are putting, brown nosing or inflating ego's won't protect you and loyalty does not exist. Family? Only one, don't need another one here.
In the end this is not about likes or virtual hugs, or selfies with management, or stickers in your laptop, or reciting obsolete values like a parrot in every meeting. This is about your life and your future. If your skills are transferrable, ALWAYS look for a plan B, and do not forget that outside the Meta (verse) are a ton of real companies adding a lot of value to our communities. Appreciate and use the perks, but do not sell yourself to free breakfasts, lunches and snacks.
