I am only Part Time, and in the lowest position in the company. Next month I will be with Acosta. One year. No raises just pay and time cuts. Within this year, have had to borrow 10K to stay afloat. I have applied to Full time positions. But, I never got the job after going through 9 people. It’s a bitter tragic joke, being on the bottom and no communication or opportunities ahead for this overqualified person trying to get ahead in life. Brian as the CEO only glorifies his value cheating corporate employees in the Jacksonville headquarters. He is totally out of touch. Cares nothing about the hard working people who make the numbers go up or down.

Went from full to part time the company has lost clients , the 360 platform is one of the worst ideas Acosta had
People looking to fill a few hours in their day can find better than Acosta.
Perhaps you should go to work for another company.
Working for Acosta is only for people who are looking to fill a few hours in their day, not for people that need a job.
