Citi Benefits- Medical plan

Noticed that Citi’s medical plan costs are rising significantly compared to other firms like Wells. For next year, the increase is around $380 per paycheck, which is substantial — even annual salary or bonus adjustments don’t seem to offset that jump

No real premium increase unless one had jump in salary. Insurance much better rhan others

Your insurance might have gone up that much because your base pay hit a different tier. Happened to me, raise ended up costing me more money than the raise.

I recently joined Citi and I’m finding the health insurance here very expensive. I used to pay $30 for health, vision, dental at my old company.. others with no dependents, how much are you paying? I am paying about $200 per paycheck for health, vision, dental..

What’s typical chosen retirement age? It is choice of course. I’m debating myself … how many years more?!!

Now that much. I more or less chose the same plan as this year and the diference per pay period was around 15-20 bucks.
Anyway, hopefully I won't need it as I inch my way closer to an exit. Fingers crossed. I don't want to stall my career here amongst the geriartic leadership of Tim and Co. Can't wait to get out

Oh, and mean while we have worked our *sses off we will get little to no bonus, very little increase that won't even cover the increase in living or medical coverage, meanwhile Jane gets 25 million more.

However, some companies like my husband's now say if your spouse is employed and can get insurance through her company that they will no longer allow you to be enrolled in your husband's insurance plan. Believe I know after being on his plan for over 15 years they no longer allowed me to enroll in his plans any longer. So, we are stuck with Sh**ty's horrible insurance coverage. Good news is I am retiring and no longer have to put up with Citi's BS!!!

No wonder most end up using their spouse’s plans instead
