TR enforces stack ranking

Not sure if anyone’s aware. To give you the insider knowledge TR does stack ranking it’s an evil practice. Look it up if you don’t know. And don’t ask me how I know. Just know word spreads around.

Back in 2016 onwards it has been the Bell Curve they try to follow when doing ratings.
In my team we never had anyone below an Achieved so I didn’t follow it.
One of my team was a high flyer and used to get Far Exceeded with ease until we could move him onwards to better things.

@OP Stack ranking has been in place at least as long as I have been here. It isn’t new, and every decent manager I’ve ever had has been against it. It’s also not fair IMO as it is in direct opposition to our values if we’re supposed to help each other to succeed.

It’s been happening at least since July. Their pathetic way of getting rid of people instead of severing them. Pure evil as I’m aware of a few good employees that it happened to.
