I heard rumor yesterday that no salary increases for Principal and above. Has anybody else heard?

Yes if you don’t adhere to connect weeks and tracktober super helpful tips they will not increase your base pay.

It’s role specific. Base pay, again, is not aligned to performance, rather market index. Some roles (agile specifically) are not viewed as competitively in the market right now so they are likely to not fund a base pay increase. They will however fund bonuses and shares according to normal procedure. High performers will likely get base pay bumps if managers argue and make a case to remain competitive for top talent. Wouldn’t be surprised to see RIFs in pockets come March. But targeting low performers, poor RTO attendance etc.

Why would you expect a salary increase? Read the posts on here…many non-performers with a “I am a victim” attitude and woe is me. No soup for you!

HAPPY TRACKTOBER!
There are some isolated areas and that will go with a RIF soon.

Supposedly across the board and tied to attendance.

Excited for the new tracking badges too!

It’s role dependent not level based.

That might be true in some isolated areas, but in general no, there is not a salary freeze. People are getting increases to keep their salary competitive.
