@af can confirm more than 26 weeks at least in my org -- been at Charter longer than that, and I got 2 weeks for every year of service.
I was laid off yesterday. You get the amount of weeks pay as years you have worked for the company (minimum of 4 weeks and maximum of 26 weeks)
I'm told severance is based on your tenure but I wasn't let go (yet) so i am uncertain.
