C-suite makes stu÷id decisions that cause poor survey results. Then task the employees who have zero control over changing anything to come up with an action plan to improve the results. I guess I'm missing something because I do not see how that will fix anything.
Crazy idea-How about C-suite runs a field area or recruits for about 2 months and then we talk about changes to improve the survey results.
