If they get rid of 15% (just guessing), 85% are safe. That's a big number. Hang in there.
You will know by Friday if you are impacted or not. Noticed take place Wednesday or Thursday, teams are notified after that. If you get a team call message you are ok, if you get a call or meeting scheduled with a senior leader and someone from human resources, get your resume polished up.
There is never a notice about layoffs. It just happens without advance notice.
