Funny thing is it’s isn’t a disaster for the top ‘boys’ as they paid down some debt and refinanced, keeping the embers glowing to push them closer to their vesting cliffs.
It is a disaster for all those hardworking people promised ‘riches’ if they did the hard work. They’ll get close to nothing.
$12 down 35% from IPO!

@OP funniest thing is to see the number of NIQ CVs coming our way - they over hired too many ex Nielsen and now these guys are desperate to jump ship again.
Nielsen and NIQ seem to be in a race to the bottom..
Have you seen the leaders they have? Laughable, either external software wide-boys thinking they’re running Oracle or antique people who have never done anything else in 20 years. Terrible team can’t lead to anything else than terrible results. And it’s not even over.
