@f5 act like a sheep, end like a sheep, go and work 24/7 if you will from the office but we have our dignity and rights we will be fighting for

Dell/MD/JC just follow what other big companies do. It's as simple as that. Tesla mandated the whole 5 days in office, then other big companies did, and Dell didn't want to be left out so they just followed suit like good little sheep.

This is crazy. I spent 26 years at Dell and left on my own in good standing. I worked in global sales and loved my job. To see a post like this is desperate, and makes Dell seem like they are grabbing at anything they can to help a company that has turned their back on it's employees. Dell management made a bet to change Dell and it backfired.

@f5 Nope. This place is specifically for those of us that do not want to let it go. If that bothers you then go back to playing candy crush or farmville and stay off this site.

Post all you want about efficiency or even respect for employees work/life balance.
All the lip service MD paid to that is gone when he decided to try an outmoded 80s management technique of manufacturing crises because, he wrongly believes, people work best under pressure

Micheal Dell/JC have never cared about facts, logic, or data driven decision making.
