Folks having their salaries readjusted there?

They wanted blood. Management spoke. They said more must be marked: Does Not Meet Expectations.
It was simple.
The names were good names. Key Talent before. Future Stars. Now they were bad names. The system changed them. The system always changes things.
This was about the money. The awards. The equity. A grant was missed. The schedule was bad. So they gave a midyear grant to make it right.
To pay for the rightness, the good men had to be called failures. That is how the numbers work. It was a trade. A clean, hard trade. No sentiment. Just the books.
CK salaries and levels are set to change at the conclusion of FY26 (July 2026) when they will officially become Intuit employees.
DNME staff will see a reduction.
