@OP Nope, not in the works. The roles will be transformed though. Recommend embracing any technology you are advised to use... even if you don't need it. You will need the tech to bridge the gap with any technical knowledge you don't have and the most likely absence of the Market People Partner which will be more of a expert at something and serve a region. Based on key initiatives, I would say 2 to 1 or maybe 3 to 1 if they cut Regionals... which do not really serve much of a purpose unless the Market People Partner not very good. (had not really been discussed, but AI is keeping everything on the table)

I’d say probably not. I think it’s vital to have a trained personnel person on site, or said better- someone that had the corporate responsibility to handle personnel related items. If handled incorrectly, things could lead to lawsuits. Now having said that, many personnel associates at the stores are literally bafoons who can’t and don’t do what they should. Leaving personnel issues to coaches and managers is bad policy since many of them have no real idea what corporate policy is. For example, if an associate needs information on FMLA, who’s going to help them? If they have a financial hardship due to a hurricane, who’s going to help them?

What the stores actually need are trained and experienced personnel professionals who can and will help associates each and every time someone needs it.

I believe it. I have seen some of the coaches handling the people leads responsibility.
