another program that didn’t do what was promised to string us all along again. I am going to just start calling myself a new title and see if anyone notices.

LEVEL up =Title change, but no financial gain and pushed back by two years from possible promotion... Another HR Sick joke!
Last cycle my manager told our team that he submitted several team members for level-up, but was only allowed to promote 0.5 based on his team size, which obviously rounds down to zero.
Can’t work it out if level up is supposed to fix if you’re already doing a higher grade role or if it’s a promotion which means you get more work….
No other way of slicing this. Stringing all of us along. Natural progression my azzz
