Boston consulting group was brought in and looked at RD TES and EHS. Look for more layoffs in these areas. EHS aligned to M&E likely will be a hit here too

BCG is consulting many areas and will only increase in 2026. Rumor has it the BCG is helping with a company wide reorg. The BUs will be commodities, specialities, and diversified.
