RTO is just one of them. I hate this company and my job. If there were any real opportunities out there right now, I’d be out the door in a second. As things stand, we’re all just at the mercy of swelling corporate greed.

Leadership is actually getting rid of leadership. Many VP's and S-Team members are leaving. Remember 'Sales guy' Selipsky? He's retired on the boards (including KKR). HR is also getting rid of HR. Just an old boys club now. The quickest way to end this nonsnse is to vote with your feet. Once 80000 "good" employees leave, then the board will kick out J-ssh0le, who is behind this whole mess.
What's really stupid is that they make the smartest employees leave first with RTO5 and stagnant wages/weak stock. Then the weak junior employees get replaced with AI (a.k.a. smartest thing that Matt Garman has ever heard). So Amazon is left with weak-to-average mid-level employees and Manager gravy/bureaucracy.
Better approach would be to remove RTO and keep smartest employees with competitive wages, reduce manager headcount by 25%. Maybe pay the managers less than ICs.
Have you seen the amount of VP's that have departed in the last two years alone? Yes, that toxic!
