@cy but what about the BP level events that happen with regularity? That highlight the need for Survailance, Inspection, and walk the line? Remember North Slope Alaska…was that like 6 leaks in row…BP is too complex and needs to simply fast…Favoritism exists everywhere…What is your biggest concern looking at 2026?
We have leadership playing favorites all the time, just one manager that does not like you can upend your career, they setup your discussion to where HR just nods along and you are gone before you know it. It does not matter how much value you bring.
