People are rumbling at the support center about a change in bonus, making it a long-term incentive or something like that. Does anyone have a communication summary on that? I think it only went to Sr. Managers and up.

You’re mixing things up. Execution band was notified starting on Thursday morning about changes to their long-term incentive bonus (LTI). It’s being discontinued for people in E1 (Sr. Manager) and being changed to be tied to certain difficult to reach goals for EBITDA for E2 and E3 roles (Directors). Nothing has changed for the short-term (STI) bonus that they also receive and that the bands below the execution band receive.
You guys are mixing up the topics. Original post is about NEW bonus rules that would go into affect this year for next years bonus. I’ve not heard these rumors yet.
Regarding the current bonus, it will follow the current plan. We just don’t know the payout percentage but I’d guess it would be a 100% payout but you never know.
If you leave today, you WILL get paid your bonus as you’ve worked for the company past 8/31.
Yeah my old boss said you had to stay till Sept 2nd and its locked in but they can lower your percentage but we might be past that now.
If I leave this month shall I still get this years bonus?
Why do you people stay with a company like this..Seriously. What does it take for you to leave...them letting you go? sad
i read on a pior post those laid off yesterday received severance and their bonus. Not sure if there is any truth behind it.
What's a bonus???? Pfft!
That would be shocking as this year's bonus is still tied to WBA. Maybe future bonuses, but who knows
