Warn triggered , can Folks share official last payroll date for folks who got laid off in California

According to the WARN website the number is 75 or more. Qualcomm isn’t one company, it’s many companies.
All layoffs are still layoffs as everyone is getting severance . Qualcomm is not technically firing anyone as everyone is getting severance
No the answer is correct that if there is more than 50 persons fire it automatically gets WARN. Lay offs are legally defined as positions eliminated by the employer. It doesn't include the number of people terminated due to lack of performance.
Saw some posts on blind about termination date being extended . Also there is more than 50 layoffs which is enough to trigger warn in ca . Warm notices can be delayed ,
