I didn’t even know we had a CEO of a regional retail chain. Seems like a made up job. I hope they don’t replace her with another overpaid exec.

TA is regional for a company that is global, but with coverage of the US, should a "head" of the business.
While holding those to account is needed, this post is short sighted.
Trust me, I understand the general frustration.
2 years ago it was literally a separate company with a full-fledged CEO.
So, what is surprising is that it still has a quasi-CEO?
for legal reasons, obviously, because someone was ki-led there recently, tragically, .... too bad she had to let go of such sinecure
