I don't think they are because of the new H1B law
There's rumors that they might keep going for the next 2 quarters. My manager is being exceptionally strict and critical right now because I think they know that no one is safe. Initially they got rid of the lowest hanging fruit. They're going to look for any reason to let go of an employee.
