What management is saying this? Be specific. By edict or one manager throwing a tantrum? The Q's this qtr are pretty lame. Or is this just someone throwing crud at the wall?

Pulse was previous HR lady’s idea. You should have seen the baseline when it was first done. We were bleeding but loving it was the theme.

Hans never cared for it when that lady left giving him a boot. She saw this day was coming.

I would take the Pulse and be truthful in your feelings and let them have it. Mo--n management!

Because for the past several surveys, they pushed us to take it early then announced something super negative after most people had taken it (layoffs, budget cuts, etc.) and people are starting to notice, perhaps?

VZ leadership only cares about the % of people that complete the survey. Nothing changes as a result of the survey, or they make something up and claim it was the result of the survey (ie RTO). Low response rate is the Union's only arrow in their quiver.

pulse survey is a bunch of cr-p,we have not contract ,the union should be telling every member that they should not take it..but in the past the union tells you to do it.this union is in bed with the company..

Pulse survey where executives don’t want to know the pain points but ratger just report participation rates. Ki-l the survey.. eliminate HR bogus job
