I am interviewing at Sophos right now and its looking very promising. But I am FEARFUL of starting and being laid off in less than a year..its a new position they created after the acquisition, but idk if its worth it.

avoid any company owned by Thoma Bravo.
Do NOT take the role. Sh-T leadership, rudderless ship and no strategy. plus their SVP ( in a certain role) is still being investigated by the SEC for past...ahem....
Don’t take the role. Sh---y leadership and inevitably being laid off is not a great culture
