Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Is this why so many HR managers have left

There’s lots of Exec HR managers leaving EM. Guess they were part of this cluster project to destroy morale and chop people and now they are running elsewhere before it implodes. Can’t wait to see how bad this turns out in about 3years time when the s hits the fan. What’s the bets DWW retires before it comes back to bite us

HR is making zero decisions in any company including the company execs… that’s why we don’t need expensive us employees working it.

you think the HR execs are the final decision makers on all these offshoring? they are just taking instructions from DW and mckinsey

HR got offshored, it’s overhead and doesn’t make money.

DW is going to sell out before he retires… plus Dan A is 53… he needs time to run the business as CEO…

DWW has to retire at 65. It is a EM executive level rule. He took over in 2017 when Tillerson left DWW was 51. Expect him to pull the trigger in 2031....I mean why leave when you can keep getting $40M per year?
