Can anyone share the timing on when merit and RRP funding is decided and when funding levels get communicated down the chain of command?
Or maybe there will be no communication because there won't be any funding this year?

Comp planner opens up mid-January so managers can see funding then. Most years I hear a few weeks before that via rumors/leaks.
At best it will be 50% calculation from the UHG-side. Probably need at least a 5 to get 100%+ from that side, maybe 80% if 4. Some exceptions will be folks underpaid in their area or relative to immediate peers to keep the peasants happy.
I'm debating between retiring now vs waiting for RRP. When will we know funding levels? January?
I’m over worrying about it we do this every year and always end up unhappy with the amount so why even use any energy.
Two years ago Andrew cut the funding half just days before announcement
Going to be jelly of the month club subscriptions for everyone
I think it is usually late December when we start hearing rumors about where the funding was set.
Also don’t forget anyone GL 26 and below does not get RRP anymore.
It is really hard to accept bare minimum when they tout Billions in profit quarter after quarter. I know I should be thankful for getting anything when people are getting Riffed, but it still irks me.
Probably minimal merit and RRP this year, they will blame the stock price
