Just opening this up as I am already getting employees who are upset. Especially at the director level.

@b6 tractor man is the biggest hack exec. Hired not on merit but on a phony persona. Need to dump him asap and hire someone with real chops and value.

Who cares what the title is as long as the pay is not reduced.

This is supposed to align titles with the market place. Our titles have always been misaligned, so it was more difficult to look for a comparable job elsewhere. Hopefully this realignment works in our favor as well job search.

It’s obvious at this point that this title alignment exercise will only cement the belief held by employees that the only way to get an SGL bump is to threaten to leave… and make you realize your incompetent peers make more money than you.
