October 3rd sears let go of some Management employees in their call centers and the entire Spanish speaking agents who take incoming calls. On Dec. 1st more employees will be laid off.

horrible state of service you have created with your lack of business knowledge and terrible leadership skills.
I hope you know you did not get this position because of your experience.You got this position because you were the cheapest option.And it is really starting to show.

Its hard to understand why anyone would be stupid enough to hire Kmarts to ruin their home and appliances.
But apparently word is getting out.
Why is it so difficult for you to understand that the company consists of a huge Home Services division, Kenmore Appliances, and A&E Repair? Call centers are needed.
