Earlier in the year, the bonus level and public guidance didn’t match. To get a bonus we would meet to beat all the guidance. Seems disingenuous from Blake. Not surprising, he is an id--t narcissist. What multiplier will we get and when is he finally leaving. Enough already!

the multiplier was .59, but Blake increased it to .79
to figure out your bonus (assuming your manager doesn't make any adjustments, up or down);
salary x bonus percentage based on role (typically 5% or 8%) x .79
@OP well the bonus should be the least of the problems and risks for the most people in the near future.
@1qp I am amazed, are you too young to remember Enron? Is your head and chair too high up in the cloud to hear feedback except to term that as complaint? Must be a treat to work under you!
Not all of us have millions stashed away and can afford to quit. So guess we are stuck with each other for now.
Your manager , the director, and the VP can all lift your bonus and merit increase up or down by a certain percentage. Just how they do business .
I cannot understand the complaining employees.
If you are unhappy, simply quit! If you are really worthy the “bonus and raise”, there are plenty of other eager employers out there desparate to hire you.
@1eq how do they “cook” the books? They are a public company audited by a large accounting company. Do you know something material or are you just a disengaged employee who complains all the time? I bet you are a treat to manage.
@1ee now that FY25 has wrapped up, management begins the task of figuring out how to cook the books to report the financials in November at which time we will find out how management will pay themselves first and graciously give the scraps to the rest of us. Since it's been awhile since the last bonus, I don't recall the exact timing, but I believe we receive the scraps sometime during the first 2 weeks in December.
When are bonuses paid out?
Rockwell Automation merit increases, are not keeping up with inflation. Rockwell Automation is horrible when it comes to merit increases. At least under Blake it has been that way. If you question HR, they will play which ever excuse they want. That merit increases are based upon 'labor rate increase'. Or they will say merit increase is 'based upon inflation.' Whichever benefits the house, they will use that line. However both labor rate and inflation is off the charts. Buckle up, because Blake will not take money out of his bonus to feed the low people on the totem pole.
Apparently they are giving both a bonus and merit increase this year.. I wouldn't expect anything above 2% merit and maybe 5% bonus.. I really doubt anyone at the exec level wants to be nice and actually help the employees with inflation and pricing out of control.. of course senior level and above will get their annual stock options and big bonus for stock price levels...
Be happy to have a job!
