The Richardson plant laid off a lot of people from Fab. There may be more layoffs by November which they've done the past two years since the plant will be shut down from Dec 24 - Jan 2. It'll mainly be assemblers there are two assemblers that are safe from layoffs are the wife of one of the main managers and the lead that has favoritism from the general manager Walid.

Looks like no one in Oregon site was affected.
Worked at Qorvo for years. Got a message from HR and a few minutes later was told I was being laid off. They took my laptop and badge and walked me out. Didn’t even give me a chance to grab my personal belongings or say farewell to my colleagues. What a terrible company.

I was given a Reduction In Force letter today, effective immediately. I was working in Manufacturing.
