Wishing Good Luck to Those Affected by Layoffs at Priceline oct 2025

Wishing everyone impacted the best of luck in finding new opportunities. If you're comfortable sharing, I’d love to hear more about how many people were affected and what kind of severance or support is being provided.

Any details are appreciated, & it could help others prepare in case of negotiations

Wishing you all the best during this challenging time!

Honestly, CTO doesn’t come across as a tech leader. She doesn’t inspire any confidence.. Laying off the core folks who actually built the stack feels like a move that’ll only drag the company down. Tech is what should drive product and innovation. What’s the point P-M, if all Product team does is just copy Expedia?. Brett is a good CEO, but he really needs to ask tougher questions! If it continues this way, it’s only a matter of time before this ship sinks.

Sorry to hear for those who let go, please don’t blame yourself, 100% the company lack of willingness to change or shake the leaders who are the issue.

The company has being taken advantaged from the inside for self dealings. Literally a castle and self promotions , I have seen some suspicious vendors onboarded and never used, not just his protection friends

Yeah I see when I was there in the company he was there and I saw he bought his own people that's how you exploit well grown tech company. I feel it's more politics and I do agree that guy is nightmare pain for the any company because those people never give interviews they just work over here as referral and come from India and take our jobs.

I think it's like more than 50+ people got impacted and I feel they severance package of 6 months max. It's completely bad company because here favoritism takes more priority over skills I know there were few people who was let go just because position got eliminated. Main issue is they only promote to those people who they know for example Mr sachin who is VP of data he bought several people from same companies without even interviews and later after month he promoted them to director seriously that's guy wouldn't know cloud or gcp or data but later down the line this people only derive the decision who is gonna stay and who got kicked out.
