Don't feel it can be worse the what we have had past several years with Hans. Seems like he at least has a background in Telcom and was not investigate for fraud and ki-ling Ericsson and may understand the American customer base and business. Don't like we have some difficult decisions to make as sound like layoffs? Have to give it some time and see how it all falls out
