Following the latest round of redundancies and the suspension of our bonus, I think the CEO needs to be congratulated for successfully demotivating the entire workforce and destroying any prospect of us becoming more efficient. At the Christmas party that I attended last night (which BTW was the bleakest I can remember in my long years of service through NDS/Cisco/Synamedia) everybody I spoke to now thinks the CEO is an utter d**k. What's the point now in ever busting a gut for this company especially if we don't get our bonus. This feeling is shared by many of the engineers that remain. Any loyal following the company had with its workers is well and truly over. I think the company is in serious trouble.

I don’t think we have seen sufficient accountability from the CEO or CFO. Their positions are untenable.
I must say I've never been to an office party before that has been held in the office space we rent from a 3rd party. Really, the minimum level of expenditure was involved in this event. Also I believe there was an important guest missing; the CEO. Clearly the CEO, despite residing in the UK, doesn't give a sh*t about the UK workers and couldn't be bothered to turn up (unlike previous NDS Christmas parties where the CEO would always attend).
I'm pretty sure that if it wasn't for the work we do for Sky (the only profitable bit of the UK business that remains), the CEO would be more than happy to close all the UK offices.
It would have been a party had not half the attendees just been given the boot 😡

On the basis that the current CEO was appointed in 2020 to "spearhead the next growth phase" (words taken directly from Synamedia's website), then surely the buck stops with him? I think he should be ousted by the board of directors.
The money manager saw his payslips arriving and all seemed well. He didn’t think to check what was left in the company account.
Why is there no apparent I'll feeling towards the person that is supposed to the money manager? Surely that's where the F*** Up should've been spotted and who it is that should be held accountable?
