I don't believe that I will get a raise, but even if I got a significant raise, I wouldn't stay here.

All of you saying how bad lowes is.. Question why are you still there ? There are help wanted signs at just about every business , what are you waiting for ?
Simple answer is they cant go anywhere else.
I'm curious what BS Marvin will try to hand out for the end of the year. Even for starting the new fiscal year. I bet layoffs are coming. Remember that Lowe's never gives without taking from somewhere.

Only an id--t would not call out 5 times a year and use that sick time. You can’t take it with you. Seen people leave with 400-500 hours on the books. Thats 3 months pay donated to Lowes. You have to call out occasionally, period.
Clocked in this morning inquired about my raise. I was told I am capped out for my position. I have worked here for 13 years and have not had a raise for four years I have not called out in seven years. I am always on time and I have always had excellent reviews from my management put my two weeks notice in. I will be calling out for the next two weeks.
I've been with Lowe's 20 years.
MyHR Payroll is showing no raise for me.

I took this job because the REAL jobs weren't hiring.
With any increase in pay comes pain and misery. Lowes is a toxic workplace. Mgrs are taught to use scumbag tactics by pitting employees against each other. There is no real teamwork bc they hire the laziest new hires who are never held accountable. On top of that we have a CEO who taunts and mocks his store staff constantly. Dont be a lowes lifer.
I'd stay if Lowe's gave me a COLA increase for each of the past 6 years, instead of the 21 cents I got this year.
