Buried at the bottom of leadership moves happening with Wealth is the news that Mona Vernon is coming over to Wealth to "focus on customer and product offerings." This is happening in mid-December.
Will the replacement be internal or external? Will they be able to boost moral?
Not sure why they hired Mona … must be some relationship with Abby. About time they realized that Mona had nothing to offer but was a great fit working with other HR Enterprise leaders??? There are many such senior leaders who don’t belong but have remained forever…
Hopefully, whoever it is, they will get rid of Erin.

She was basically the prototype for the matriarchy Abby has built as her dad stepped away. She hasn’t been in a business focused role since before her time at TR and has excelled at turning HR into a bigger pariah than it was before which admittedly is impressive. I’m sure she’ll do great.

@aa Mona Vernon has BEEN the head of HR for the last year.
As stated in the original post, she is moving OUT of that position.
