Question for the folks that are in the factories. Are you guys leadership team dysfunctional or is it just ours. Seems the left hand don’t or won’t talk to the right hand. Nobody knows what’s going on. Always running out of things. Just curious if it’s isolated or wide spread.

Those guys will be as frustrated as everyone else. They receive impossible and conflicting targets and get no support from their VPs, who revel in a bullying culture.

One of the big factories .. true there's no direction. New VP comes in and demand for slide deck for plant improvement reviews. Gosh- Just Lok at the amount of time to prepare the slides just for reviews.
