Yesterdays town hall he stated no plans right now for anymore layoffs but then this morning the Dallas news announced TI reports 150 more layoffs in December for DFW employees….. nice transparency

@d2 we already know about remote sites being shut down: Cary, Manchester, and design centers in WA and CO.
Serious undereporting by TI of how many people are impacted. Wondering if any additional "insiders" will come forward and spill the beans.
The Dallas News article is just reporting the layoffs that already were announced last week and impact the South Building.
TI is not just a single entity. Engineering side vs production side. It could be that production is still getting cuts. From engineering side looks like this is it for now. Worst one since 2012 apparently.
Some people were told to "find" other opportunities within the company or they would lose their job in December.
Likely all the people who have already been given notices that they have until December
