When the other defense contractors had a lot of work they could go in to St. Louis hold a job fair and literally hire hundreds of people because they pay so much more. St. Louis employment would drop by hundreds. And then buying to go back and hire a bunch of more people right off the street with no experience who literally just create a bunch of tags for six months learninghow to drill holes.
