Anyone else here feeling exhausted? And I mean really exhausted? Anyone noticing team dynamic and personality changes? Speaking to many colleagues seems like many are feeling this way but feel helpless that the continued re-org, endless trainings, AI measuring meetings and competencies, half baked offers that don't make sense, constant changes... is Anyone seeing this? Or at all feeling heard? Or is it just me?

Gym and bike on Cisco dime. I’m learning piano and Italian also on Cisco time. They don’t give a fu-k about me and I don’t give a fu-k about them. What’s the point working hard when you’ll get LRd in the end anyways?

Sounds like you need to realize that you're replaceable and quiet quit like the majority of the company. Do the bare minimum and collect a paycheck. Study something on the side, go get certifications, complete a degree. Go to the gym, go walk, eat correctly, lose weight. Take the opportunity to better yourself. Stop sulking at home scrolling on Instagram all day. You'll feel better.
Stop whining, get off this board, and get to work. It's that simple.
What I am seeing is some sort of void of power
Some managers or VPs have been shuffled around, others know they will get the boot this time and they do not seem to want to do much
As result ICs are confused, overloaded and projects are losing direction and control and the mood seem to be "I will cover my back and I don't care about what is happening"
since some of the managers or PMs are clueless and incompetent - I don't f...ing know how we ended up hiring lemons like this - they will -these guys will be easy pray.
