Several managers and ICs let go in the SC org couple of days ago. They are doubling down on their SC 2.0 agenda and pushing out anyone who doesn’t fall in line. Feels more like ego than strategy. Morale is sinking, and they’re going to lose a lot more people if this keeps up.

They keep getting deleted even though GA has stolen IP from another company and used it at Appian. This is known by the general counsel and CEO but they let it happen. Dreadful place to work!
if you wanna keep your posts from getting nuked from social for ToS violations, here’s what I go by:
stick to basic netiquette (no f-bombs, no racism, no threats, you know the deal);
don’t name-drop ppl unless they’re high up (top 5-ish execs are usually fair game, others not so much);
criticize actions, not people (keep it about what they did, not who they are.)
