@1br this is how i was shown the door. they sent the bottom 15% of each group packing and this included the top performers. i was typically towards the top of Core and sometimes the next group up which would have put me in the bottom 15% of that group.
that year i managed to make my way to the bottom 15% of Core :) sure. lol. i fit the right (or wrong) demographic. did not care too much about the layoff but the way they did it is what annoyed me.
@1br as a probably bottom performer, i can't confirm anything. but i'm crossing my fingers
I’ve heard that directors are having to rank their top and bottom performers. Can anyone confirm?

I mean which orgs? This company is like a bunch of smaller companies rolled into one so saying there will be layoffs isn’t giving much info since if you were in sales for example you wouldn’t have even known there were recent layoffs
We have remote people from India or other countries working in our networks
I am curious to see how the government is going to see that.
I am quite sure the customers are charged local prices but work paid is India or abroad salaries so the savings are not relayed to the customer.
