Of course HR reads posts -here, Glassdoor, other social… It’s their job. But they can’t take anything down. All they can do is report it if it breaks the platform’s rules.
Want your post to stick? Keep it sharp, not messy. Avoid personal attacks, naming non-execs, slurs. Call out actions, not appearances. Say the hard truth - just say it smart.

If your post doesn’t accumulate “I don’t believe so you’re saying there’s a chance yeaaaaahhhhhh” then no

They are monitoring the fu-k out of this board. It takes 4 rewrites/edits to get a post to stick.
